Everyone loves the seasons and retailers benefit BIG time from the unwavering consumer spending. We are all about convenience for the consumer. We want to make it easy and hassle-free during holiday times.

Our vendors benefit from this as do our land partners. For our vendors, we give them an opportunity to offer seasonal in-demand products and the landowners win as we are giving them that atmospheric ambience and creating memories in what would otherwise be very dull or unused outdoor spaces.

StreetDots’ Seasonality program aims to cater to the flexibility of modern life, and changing consumer spending habits. The StreetDots platform artfully enables this flexibility through its multi-purposing of underused space across the nation.

Seasonality: The right time, The right place

Our seasonal vision

We want holidays to be as joyful for the adults as they are for the children. StreetDots is taking holidays back from the gigantic & overbearing supermarkets who, with their gaudy bright brands, currently dominate. We want consumers to select that handcrafted chocolate easter egg, or insanely addictive Christmas just-baked cookies, served by the people who made them that morning. We want children to be eating real hard-boiled sweets, just like our grandparents used to feed us, not plastic-wrapped same old offerings. We want valentines to be the most thoughtful and customisable offerings.

The StreetDots tech platform, which includes both a desktop portal and mobile app interface, functions by correctly matching vendors of all varieties with a location that will suit them best. This suitability is determined by an intelligent system which draws from data supplied by the vendors and rapidly compares with available location data. However, locations can be occupied by more than one type of vendor, so
StreetDots also draws data to inform the best choice of vendor type based on the time, date, and
location.

How do we do it?

This can be as simple as upselling a location with high morning footfall traffic to a vendor serving
coffee, where data has suggested a product, time, and space combination such as this would yield
increased sales.

Seasonality can also encompass more event-focused aspects of vending, such as enabling a single
day opportunity focused on selling flowers or chocolates for Valentine’s Day, or a more abstract
period of enlivenment covering weeks over Winter, for example, in which hot drinks and gifting
opportunities can experience uplift as the festive season progresses.

How everyone wins

CONSUMERS: StreetDots’ seasonal enlivenment benefits consumers by delivering time and date appropriate offers directly to their nearest dot hubs, exposing them to new trends without the need to go to specialist locations, or even out of their way.

LAND OPERATORS: The seasonal enlivenment benefits Land Operators by not only providing a new, and potentially previously untapped, revenue stream, but also by providing greater enlivenment for any tenants and occupiers of their land.

VENDORS: This, in turn, benefits vendors by increasing available opportunities and by placing them in front of new customers bases, without committing them to expensive rents or business rates for a fixed location that may not be beneficial to their business when the particular seasonal period is not in effect.

The most recognisable benefit of seasonality and seasonal enlivenment derives from the flexible dial-up, dial-down nature of this kind of opportunity which fits in with modern trend and novelty-led consumer spending habits. Rather than being tied to specific commitments, StreetDots can deliver appropriate and complementary vendor offers straight to consumers whilst delivering the Land Operators extra income.

A few of our forward-thinking land operator partners

We work with hundreds of the UK's top real estate firms and transportation organisations to activate dormant land.

We do this free of charge. We do not charge our partners anything for this service. In fact, our land operators make money by collaborating with us. The most which can be made from a single dot is £50,000 per annum, if fully activated.
